Junkie

Shanean is home again - one night for observation at the hospital only. Turns out that what she was going through was withdrawal symptoms from all the morphine she has been getting on an empty stomach over the last 2 weeks. She was going cold turkey.

The other possibility is that she was displaying lymphoma "B symptoms" which she never has before. They are going to give her another scan to check for this

She did have some tablets that contained the same drugs which would have weaned her off the morphine but didnt take them hence the trainspotting-like event

She is eating well again now - no more sores, so her energy is now returning. Two days ago she couldnt walk to the toilet but now she is a lot more mobile.

She goes back in to see the doctors on Wednesday. They will do all the blood tests and give her a date for the next scan
