After less than 24 hours home, unfortunately Shanean is in hospital again. She was displaying some strange symptoms during the day - violent shivering and profuse sweating as well as feeling very faint. It would seem like an infection but she has no fever (which is good) We rang the hospital explaining these symptoms and they played the conservative card and told her to go back in.
She went into accident and emergency and was seen straight away, they did a heap of blood tests and then admitted her back into the ward. It is mainly for observation, so if no fever kicks in and the tests come back normal she will probably be let home again tomorrow
