Blood counts were 1.4 today so Shanean is definately on the up. Her mouth sores seem to be improving in line with the increase in blood counts.

She will be home on Thursday - the day after her mum arrives from South Africa
We are all looking forward to a couple of weeks respite (well, Shanean in particular) and a little bit of normality after the last 4 weeks

Its been a rough old time for her - she hasnt eaten anything substantial for a few weeks and now has a figure the envy of any waif supermodel. Her food of choice when able is KFC and Rye Bread with salad. Probably not at the same time
