slow climb

On Saturday white blood cells climbed by 0.1, and again on Sunday, to a total of 0.3, which was beginning to look like a slow turn-around. This morning it climbed by another 0.3, so we have lift-off (albeit a very slow one). This is great news, it means the body can finally start healing the mouth ulcers and the end of the first round of chemo is finally in sight. Doctors estimate that I should be able to go home by the end of this week.

Shayne and kids are driving home from Grafton today and were lucky enough to meet the newest little Salter, born just before midnight last night. Congratulations mum Tian on beautiful baby boy Eugene :)

  2. Hi Shanean,
Ek's soooo bly jou tellings verbeter!
    Liefde
