The chemo is done and its been about 5 hours and so far the nausea hasnt come yet. In true Shanean style she slept for 4 hours through the 5 hour procedure (with a little help from a pill they gave her)

At her appointment beforehand the Professor seemed to think things are going well. She will have a scan after the third chemo session which is the 13th of December. This will be the one that officially tells whether things are going well

The fact that there is no abdominal pain anymore and the tumors are much smaller is obviously a good sign and the Professor seemed comfortable with that

Tonight I shaved off what was left of her hair. She looks nice bald in a Sinead-O'Connor-nothing-compares-to-you way.

She said it was time to shave it off as it was beginning to look like Gollum from Lord of the Rings


Only the hair that is.....not the rest
