Shanean is feeling much better today. Flu is on the way out. Hospital tomorrow for first chemo. We have to ring the hospital at 8.00am and they will let us know when a bed is available and what time to go up.
For those people not from Sydney we live very close to the hospital (RPA) which is an easy walking distance from home. This was very handy when the babies were born, particularly with Celeste when Shanean was up there for a couple of months. The hospital is a teaching hospital and is one of the largest and best in Australia.
She is being treated as a public patient and all costs are covered under medicare
